Black Eye Pea Pods
Black eye pea pods (1 pound)
Garlic (3 cloves)
Crushed Tomatoes (1/2 can)
Wash the pea pods.
Chop edges off of pea pods.
Cut pea pods into 1 inch segments.
Fry onion and garlic with oil until it is golden-transparent.
Add the pea pods to the pan and wait until it is thoroughly cooked.
Add tomatoes, salt, and garlic.
Cook for another 5 minutes.
