Eggs with Tomatoes
Ingredients
8 Eggs
1/2 Can of Crushed Tomatoes
1 tbsp Canola Oil
1 Large Onion
Hungarian Papprika
Sweet Papprika
Salt
Pepper
Preperation
Separate yolks from whites.
Medium-chop onion.
Fry onion until it is transparent.
Cover onion with just enough crushed tomatoes.
Stir thoroughly.
Add papprika, salt, pepper.
Add egg whites.
Stir thoroughly.
Add yolks. Do not stir.
Wait until yolks are desired firmness.
