Eggs with Tomatoes¶
Ingredients¶
- 8 Eggs
- 1/2 Can of Crushed Tomatoes
- 1 tbsp Canola Oil
- 1 Large Onion
- Hungarian Papprika
- Sweet Papprika
- Salt
- Pepper
Preperation¶
- Separate yolks from whites.
- Medium-chop onion.
- Fry onion until it is transparent.
- Cover onion with just enough crushed tomatoes.
- Stir thoroughly.
- Add papprika, salt, pepper.
- Add egg whites.
- Stir thoroughly.
- Add yolks. Do not stir.
- Wait until yolks are desired firmness.
