Eggs with Tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 8 Eggs

  • 1/2 Can of Crushed Tomatoes

  • 1 tbsp Canola Oil

  • 1 Large Onion

  • Hungarian Papprika

  • Sweet Papprika

  • Salt

  • Pepper

Preperation

  • Separate yolks from whites.

  • Medium-chop onion.

  • Fry onion until it is transparent.

  • Cover onion with just enough crushed tomatoes.

  • Stir thoroughly.

  • Add papprika, salt, pepper.

  • Add egg whites.

  • Stir thoroughly.

  • Add yolks. Do not stir.

  • Wait until yolks are desired firmness.
