- Almond meal (1.5 cups)
- Powdered sugar (1.5 cups)
- Almond extract (2 tsp)
- Rose water (2 tsp)
- Egg (1)
- Separate the yolks from the egg whites.
- Add the powdered sugar to the almond meal.
- Pulse to combine and break up any lumps.
- Add the rose water, almond extract and egg whites.
- Mix in food processor until the mix comes together in a firm mass.
- Put the mix on a work surface.
- Knead the mix.
- Shape the mix into a log.
- Wrap tightly with saran wrap.
