• Almond meal (1.5 cups)

  • Powdered sugar (1.5 cups)

  • Almond extract (2 tsp)

  • Rose water (2 tsp)

  • Egg (1)


  • Separate the yolks from the egg whites.

  • Add the powdered sugar to the almond meal.

  • Pulse to combine and break up any lumps.

  • Add the rose water, almond extract and egg whites.

  • Mix in food processor until the mix comes together in a firm mass.

  • Put the mix on a work surface.

  • Knead the mix.

  • Shape the mix into a log.

  • Wrap tightly with saran wrap.

  • Refrigerate.
