Grilled Arayes

Ingredients

  • Ground beef (1 lb)

  • Tomatoes (1)

  • Onions (2)

  • Salt (1 tsp)

  • Pita (4)

  • Olive oil (1/3 cup)

Preparation

  • Dice tomatoes

  • Dice onions

  • Add salt to onion and wait ten minutes

  • Squeeze the liquid from the onion out by hand

  • Combine beef, onions, and tomatoes

  • Cut pitas into quarters

  • Stuff beef mixture into the pita quarters

  • Grill
