Grilled Arayes¶

Ingredients¶
- Ground beef (1 lb)
- Tomatoes (1)
- Onions (2)
- Salt (1 tsp)
- Pita (4)
- Olive oil (1/3 cup)
Preparation¶
- Dice tomatoes
- Dice onions
- Add salt to onion and wait ten minutes
- Squeeze the liquid from the onion out by hand
- Combine beef, onions, and tomatoes
- Cut pitas into quarters
- Stuff beef mixture into the pita quarters
- Grill
