Roasted Garlic


  • Head of garlic

  • 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil


  • Preheat oven to 400F.

  • Peel outer layer of bulb.

  • Cut 1/4 inch from the top.

  • Drizzle olive oil on bulb.

  • Rub olive oil over the cloves with fingers.

  • Cover bulb in aluminum foil.

  • Put bulb in a muffin slot.

  • Bake for 35 minutes.

  • Let cool.

  • Remove roasted cloves from skins with a knife.
