Broccoli with Mushroom Sauce¶

Ingredients¶
- Frozen broccoli (8 cups)
- Vegetable broth (2 cups)
- Lemon juice (4 tsp)
- Brown mustard (4 tsp)
- Canned mushrooms (2 cups)
Directions¶
- Microwave broccoli for 4 minutes.
- Put broth in a non-stick pot.
- Bring broth to a boil.
- Mix in lemon juice.
- Mix in mustard.
- Add mushrooms.
- Boil for 8 minutes.
- Add broccoli
- Toss well until the broccoli is covered.
