Broccoli with Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients

  • Frozen broccoli (8 cups)

  • Vegetable broth (2 cups)

  • Lemon juice (4 tsp)

  • Brown mustard (4 tsp)

  • Canned mushrooms (2 cups)

Directions

  • Microwave broccoli for 4 minutes.

  • Put broth in a non-stick pot.

  • Bring broth to a boil.

  • Mix in lemon juice.

  • Mix in mustard.

  • Add mushrooms.

  • Boil for 8 minutes.

  • Add broccoli

  • Toss well until the broccoli is covered.
