Ingredients ----------- **Fresh Produce** - 450g Granny Smith apples (approximately 3 medium) - 30g fresh ginger root (approximately 6cm piece) - 15g fresh garlic (3 large cloves) **Oil** - 15ml olive oil (1 tablespoon) Method ------ **Advance Preparation** 1. **Prep Aromatics** (can be done 30 minutes ahead) - Peel and mince ginger into very fine pieces - Peel and mince garlic to similar size - Combine and let rest 10-15 minutes 2. **Prep Apples** (do just before cooking) - Cut each apple into quarters, remove core - Slice each quarter into 3mm thick pieces - Pat apple slices dry **Cooking Process** 1.
